Meet Dr. Annie Yu (Seattle, WA)

Annie Yu, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University, Forest Grove, in 2020. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology in 2016.

Dr. Yu specializes in specialty contact lenses. Having visited optometrists her entire life, Dr. Yu has seen firsthand the positive effects this profession can have on people's lives. She was motivated to become an optometrist by this experience since she enjoys the combination of science and physics and working closely with her patients.

In addition to giving ocular education, Dr. Yu loves developing a personal connection with each of her patients. She enjoys showing her patients that an eye exam is so much more than just a refraction. To Dr. Yu, it's the best feeling when her patients are able to take away something valuable from their eye exam.
